Chapter 1: Scotland / University of Edinburgh
I have received a very helpful email from U of Edinburgh's financial dept telling me that because the US Department of Education is slow and high maintenance, I have no choice but to wait until the last minute to clear my financial paperwork. Thanks Arne Duncan.
Also thanks to UGA's Office of the Registrar for sending me a Graduation Certification that says I have not graduated. Good work, team.
